Unborn neix a principis dels 2000 a Igualada (BCN). Després de diferents canvis de formació, editen al 2005 la maqueta "Doleful Dog" a la que seguirà el disc "Mute" al 2007. En finalitzar la gravació d'aquesta, comença un llarg procés de creació de material durant el qual guanyen el Concurs de Grups d'Igualada.
